Position Summary:

Araca’s Operations department is seeking an analytical, organized, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a manager in our New York City office. The Manager’s duties include overseeing the sales reconciliation process across various systems, creating sales reports, and troubleshooting discrepancies as they arise. The Manager will work closely with the Finance and Inventory teams to ensure that all systems display accurate data. The Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations in New York.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage flow of sales data from world-wide store locations to corporate headquarters within the company’s point-of-sale (Retail Pro) software
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data
  • Track sales performance metrics such as per capita sales by city/show
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies within Retail Pro and adjust as required
  • Verify accuracy of payroll spreadsheets prior to processing
  • Create reports for weekly Operations meetings
  • Maintain operational spreadsheets for field managers
  • Assist with load-ins and load-outs of physical retail operations in New York and other locations as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel skills required
  • Retail, accounting, or data analysis experience and/or education a plus
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities while maintaining deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and address complex issues in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Pro-active problem solver
  • Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Retail Pro and/or QuickBooks a plus
  • Familiarity with Broadway theater and current music a plus

Compensation:

  • $40K+ per year, manager level position
  • Full medical and dental benefits, effective after 90 days
  • 401K with company contribution (eligible after 1 year)
  • 3 weeks Paid Time Off per year
